3am yesterday morning, after watching the B.O.M. radar and river levels online both increasing all the time..Stewart and I went to sleep convinced we would be spending a week cleaning up flood damage to our shop, after seeing photos of our flooding CBD, and speaking to those who’d seen it first hand.
This time yesterday morning we were making plans on whic
h clean up tasks to tackle first…but then one of our staff members (Chris) rang me to let us know that he was AT our shop, and that it had been spared (by about a foot) from ANY damage (apart from some minor roof leaks that we already had buckets out for)!
We could not believe it…we still can’t…and we are so incredibly thankful. Our hearts genuinely go out to all those still badly affected by this absolutely devastating weather event.
Thus, Precise PCs is PROUDLY offering a 10% discount off all labour work for un-insured, flood affected computers etc…and we will do our absolute best to help get our community’s businesses’ and families’ computer related needs sorted out ASAP.
We are returning to our regular Trading Hours from today (with skeleton staff today):
MONDAY – THURSDAY: 8.30am til 5.30pm
FRIDAY: 8.30am til 5pm
SATURDAY: 9am til 2pm
Please understand that 3 of our 5 other staff members are still flooded-in at home and very sadly, 2 of them have had their own homes/family businesses inundated and devastated…so we will be short-staffed until they can sort their own situations out.
We are trying to get extra casual workers in, however everyone has their own issues to deal with at the moment, so our hands are tied. Thus, your patience will be hugely appreciated.
